There are no refunds under any circumstances even if demo is not downloaded at all. Above demo fee if fully deducted from price in case customer purchases a license of the program for a minimum of one year expiration. Demo is fully functional version of the program and will expire 21 days after installation. Reinstalling of demo on same computer after expiration is not possible.
When you receive the email with the instructions, download the file in a temporary directory on your hard drive and double click it to start the installation. After the installation is complete shut down and reboot your computer so that the installed program files are properly registered with the operating system. We strongly recommend using the default directory of the installer program.
